FACILITIES

Pleasant rooms with bathroom, toilet, wifi and TV.
Most rooms have a balcony.
We have rooms for guests traveling with their four-legged friend.
Please indicate this when making your reservation.
For the motorcyclists among us we offer a closed garage for the motorcycle.
Bookings are based on accommodation (overnight stay with breakfast).
For the evening meal we have various options in the immediate vicinity.
For example, you can go to Dorfwirt (our immediate neighbours) or a little further on at cafe Liebstöckl.

With various villages and the larger town of Lienz nearby, there are countless options.

ROOMS

We have 18 different rooms, both with and without a balcony, divided into:

1 person room
2 person room (furnished with 2 x 1 single beds)
2 person room (furnished with a double bed)
3 person room (furnished with 3 x 1 single beds)
4 person room (equipped with 2 x 1 bed with a bunk bed or furnished with 2 x bunk bed)

We have 4 rooms with a bathroom without a toilet or just a sink.
For these rooms there is a toilet and a separate shower on the floor.

ROOM INFORMATION

Arrival: from 2 p.m.
Departure: no later than 10:00 a.m.
Earlier arrival or later departure only in consultation.

All our rooms are equipped with WiFi, central heating, TV (incl. streaming services) and towels.

The rooms with balcony are equipped with a seat to sit outside.
On each floor there is a general balcony on the side of the building where you can sit comfortably.

There is a general smoking ban in the entire building.
Smoking is allowed on the balconies or on the outdoor terraces.
Take each other into account.

ELEVATOR

In addition to a basement space and the ground floor, the building consists of 3 more floors.

We have an elevator to the 1st and 2nd floors and there is a staircase in the middle of the building with which every floor can be reached.

DOGS

If you are traveling with a dog, please let us know when booking. Dog stay is free.

Within the core of the village, dogs must be kept on a leash. We request that you use a dog bag to clean up the dog poop.

MOTORCYCLES / BICYCLES

For motorcyclists and cyclists it is possible to store the motorcycle / bicycles in a closed room during the stay.

It is also possible to hang/place motorcycle clothing/boots to dry in a specially equipped room.

GROUPS

If you are going on a trip with a group or are you still looking for a location. We can accommodate groups up to 30 people.

In addition, there is the possibility that we make the kitchen area including equipment available for use.
